RentReferral.com™ is a Web 2.0 creation that came from an idea of allowing users to meet and share apartment referral bonuses online. In 2005 the founding partners were renting an apartment and decided to refer their friends and then friends of the friends to the apartment complex they lived in. Lots of people demonstrated an interest in referral bonus offers.

While working on this project, we had in mind creating a website where users can add properties, rate properties, share referral bonuses, search for potential roommates and many other things from a single web location. There are websites that address all these renting needs separately, but RentReferral.com™ combines all of them to create a fully integrated renting experience on the web.
RentReferral.com™ is a truly Web 2.0 concept in rentals advertising on the web. We want our users to be more involved through adding properties, communicating with managers and the site administrator to constantly improve the quality of the rental information that is available to them.
