The quiet, residential neighborhood is convenient to major bus routes and has plenty of free parking & driveway parking. The house is very organized and clean and we each do a weekly chore. The other dwellers are a varied group of people who are young (25-34), fun, friendly, clean, motivated, and easy to get along with. We're all hard-working, professionally employed people. We enjoy each others company (when we have time), communicate easily, and are laid back. The house also has a big living room and dining room area with approx 1500 sq feet of bamboo floors where people sometimes hang out but the house is generally very quiet. The house also has a security system and built in intercom and radio. There is plenty of street parking and also driveway parking. We have wireless a computer & printer workstation for all to use.
